On certain 2024-2025MY Kona (SX2) and Kona Electric (SX2 EV) vehicles, the tail lamp may remain ON after vehicle is turned OFF, leading to 12V battery discharge.

In some vehicles, the brake pedal stopper material may be deteriorated. This may cause unintended illumination of the stop lamp, traction control warning lamp, activation of the engine management system’s brake override feature, and/or movement of the shift lever out of Park without depressing the brake pedal.

Certain 2011-2013MY Elantra, 2013MY Elantra Coupe, and 2013MY Elantra GT vehicles equipped with Nu 1.8 MPI engines require an update to the ECM software to improve fuel volume control logic.

An upgrade is available for certain 2021-2023MY Santa Fe Hybrid (TM HEV) and 2022-2023MY Santa Fe Plug-in Hybrid (TM PHEV) vehicles to improve the diagnosis logic for DTCs P00B7, P0236, P0401, P1441, P1A77, P2118, and P2B60. The software update also includes improvements to mitigate engine oil dilution condition and intercooler moisture accumulation condition.

On certain 2025-2026MY Tucson (NX4), Tucson Hybrid (NX4 HEV), and Tucson Plug-in Hybrid (NX4 PHEV) vehicles, the Data Connectivity Unit (DCU) used for remote functions such as BlueLink may disconnect from the wireless network after one-year of service due to an internal timer logic error.

The electric oil pump (EOP) in certain 2025MY Palisade (LX2) vehicles may experience moisture ingress and contamination due to insufficient sealing on the controller housing.

The charging port door outer panel in certain 2023-2025MY IONIQ 6 (CE1) vehicles may have insufficient engagement between the outer panel retaining hooks and the charging port door, increasing the risk of detachment during operation. Detachment of the charging port door outer panel while driving can present a road hazard for other drivers and increase the risk of a crash.

Certain 2011-2012MY Elantra Touring (FD) vehicles are equipped with faulty driver airbag (DAB) inflators that could rupture during a commanded deployment event, increasing the risk of injury in a crash.
