There is a setting mismatch between the body control module (BCM) microcomputer and the CAN controller settings. This causes the BCM to lose B-CAN communication, resulting in the following symptoms:  The ACC and LKAS indicators flashing.  Turn signal/hazard lights do not work.  Rear view camera and door/trunk locks do not work at all. These symptoms can occur intermittently, and can also set DTCs U128D, U1291, U1281, and/or U1280.

Certain 2020-2025MY Palisade (LX2) vehicles may be equipped with front and second-row seatbelt buckle assemblies that contain out-of-spec components. These components may prevent the seatbelt buckle from fully latching, particularly when the seatbelt tongue plate is inserted slowly in cold conditions. On certain 2021MY Palisade (LX2) vehicles, the C-pillar garnishes may have been improperly installed. This bulletin provides the instructions to inspect and, if necessary, replace the C-pillar garnishes.

Due to swelling of the fuel pump motor impeller, the fuel pump may seize and stop working. A defective impeller may cause the fuel pump to become inoperative, which could prevent an engine from functioning as intended. This limitation may cause a loss of motive power or a stall while being driven, increasing the risk of a crash or injury, creating a safety hazard.

Due to an improperly produced steering gearbox worm wheel, the wheel can swell during use, reducing the grease film thickness between the worm wheel and worm gear. In addition, the worm gear spring preload was set improperly high, increasing the sliding force between the components. As a result of the reduced grease film thickness and increased sliding force, friction between the worm wheel and worm gear increases. Increased friction between the worm gear and worm wheel can increase steering effort and difficulty, increasing the risk of a crash or injury.

Certain 2025MY Santa Fe (MX5a) Ultimate Calligraphy trim vehicles equipped with 6-passenger seating may have the 2nd row arm rest cap detach due to insufficient hook engagement.

Certain 2025MY IONIQ 6 (CE1) vehicles may exhibit a water ingress from the driver side (LH) roof panel area due to improper sealant application.

Certain 2024MY Elantra (CN7) vehicles may exhibit Malfunction Indication Light (MIL) illumination and coolant leak due to an incorrectly manufactured Integrated Thermal Management Module (ITM).
