Certain 2020-2025MY Palisade (LX2) vehicles may experience abnormal seatbelt buckling and/or unbuckling. The warranty coverage for the seatbelt buckle has been extended to 15 years or 240,000 km, whichever occurs first, from date of original delivery.

In certain 2024-2025MY Santa Fe (MX5a) vehicles the Seat Heater Unit (SHU) may fail to go to sleep when the vehicle is locked, potentially leading to 12V battery drain.

In certain 2023-2025MY Palisade (LX2) vehicles, the Anti-lock Brake System (ABS) may activate too sensitively when the brake is applied on uneven road surfaces or when driving over bumps. This can result in vibration in the brake pedal. This behaviour does not affect the vehicle’s braking performance.

Certain 2023-2024MY IONIQ 5 (NE1) vehicles may have been filled with an incorrect amount of oil in the Rear Motor and Reduction Gear System and may develop an abnormal grinding or whining noise during operation.

Certain 2023-2024MY IONIQ 5 (NE1) and 2024MY Kona Electric (SX2 EV) vehicles may have been filled with an incorrect amount of oil in the front Motor and Reduction Gear System, and may develop an abnormal grinding or whining noise during operation.

Certain 2022-2024MY Santa Cruz (NX4 OB) vehicles may experience jamming of the tonneau cover during operation, or a visible gap between the cover and tailgate when in the closed position.

2009-2014MY Hyundai Genesis (BH), 2010-2016MY Genesis Coupe (BK) and 2011-2016MY Equus (VI) vehicles may exhibit corrosion on components located in the front and rear underbody of the vehicle.

Certain Elantra (CN7), Elantra N (CN7N) and Elantra Hybrid (CN7 HEV) vehicles may exhibit lack of airflow from face level vents, inability to change airflow direction and/or popping noise when switching between ventilator positions due to a faulty ventilator lever and cam mode.
